New Eldercare Solutions for The Doctor’s Office™ Patients
and Their Families

The Doctor’s Office™ medical clinics in Ontario and Alberta are partnering with Care Connect Plus and the Care Guide to help their patients evaluate the many and complex senior care choices available to them.

In the face of increasing demand due to an aging population and increased government regulation, MCI The Doctor’s Office™ patients will now have access to the Care Connect Helpline, where they can get help from experienced, professional eldercare specialists.

“Many of our patients are seniors and their adult children and caregivers,” said Andrea Telfer, Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for MCI. “We are thrilled about our affiliation with The Care Guide and Care Connect, as it is our goal to meet all of our clients’ health and wellness needs, and the Care Connect Helpline serves to round out our capacity to do so in a meaningful way.”

MCI / Care Connect eldercare program is the first of its kind in Canada and available now at all of MCI’s 30 medical clinics in Ontario and Alberta.
